メロディ消しゴム（以下「本アプリ」）は、音声処理をすべてお使いの端末内で行うアプリです。本アプリ自体は、個人情報を収集・保存・送信するサーバーを持たず、アカウント機能もありません。

音声ファイルについて

同梱の学習済みモデルについて（2.0 以降）

同梱の学習済みモデルは、Apple の Core ML モデル暗号化で暗号化しています。この機能に対応した機種（メモリ 6GB 以上）では、本アプリを起動したときに、OS がモデルの復号鍵を Apple のサーバーから取得します。取得は成功するまで起動のたびに試み、成功した後は再び取得しません（モデルを更新した版では、新しい鍵を一度取得します）。取得した鍵は端末内に保管されます。この通信は Apple の仕組みによるもので、音声やお客様の情報は含まれません。鍵を取得できない間（オフラインなど）は ML PreFilter（TYPE-I+PF）を使えませんが、ほかの機能は使えます。

広告について（無料版のみ）

無料版では、Google が提供する広告サービス「AdMob」を使用してバナー広告とリワード広告（動画）を表示します。広告の配信にあたり、Google が端末の情報（広告識別子、IP アドレスとそこから推定したおおよその地域、端末の種類、広告の表示・タップの記録）を取得することがあります。

アプリ内課金について

設定情報について

再生設定（スキップ秒数・出力音量など）や、広告を見て解放した保存スロットの数は、端末内にのみ保存されます。外部への送信はありません。

利用状況の解析と診断情報について

本アプリ自体は、利用状況の解析やクラッシュ情報を集めるための外部のツール（SDK）を組み込んでいません。ただし、バナー広告とリワード広告の表示のために組み込んでいる Google Mobile Ads SDK は、広告の配信と不具合の診断のために、端末の情報（広告識別子、IP アドレスから推定したおおよその地域、端末の種類、広告の表示・タップの記録、クラッシュや動作に関する診断情報）を Google に送ることがあります。App Store の「アプリのプライバシー」欄に記載しているデータの種類は、この SDK によるものです。daifuku labs がこれらのデータを受け取ることはありません。

データの保持と削除・お客様の選択

お子様について

本アプリは、お子様を対象としたアプリではありません。13 歳未満のお子様から個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。

Overview

Melody Eraser (“the app”) processes audio entirely on your device. The app itself has no server that collects, stores, or transmits personal information, and it has no user accounts.

Your audio files

You can import songs from your Music library (after allowing access in the iOS permission dialog), from the Files app, or from another app’s share sheet. Access to the Music library is used only to copy the song you choose into the app; the app does not record or transmit the contents of your library.
Imported and exported audio files are stored only on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.
All audio analysis and processing happens on your device.

Bundled machine-learning model (version 2.0 and later)

The bundled machine-learning model is encrypted with Apple’s Core ML model encryption. On devices that support this feature (6 GB of memory or more), the operating system retrieves the model’s decryption key from Apple’s servers when the app launches. It retries on each launch until it succeeds and does not fetch the key again afterward (a version that updates the model fetches a new key once). The key is stored on your device. This request is made by Apple’s own mechanism and contains no audio and no personal information. While the key is unavailable (for example, offline), ML PreFilter (TYPE-I+PF) cannot be used, but the rest of the app works.

Advertising (free version only)

The free version shows banner ads and rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob. To deliver ads, Google may receive device information such as the advertising identifier, the IP address and an approximate location estimated from it, the device type, and records of ads shown and tapped.

Your advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for ad personalization only if you tap “Allow” in the iOS tracking permission dialog. If you do not allow it, non-personalized ads are shown instead.
Depending on your region (such as the UK, Switzerland, or certain US states), a consent screen may be shown, and ads are served according to your choices.
This data is handled by Google and by advertising partners Google works with, under the Google Privacy Policy. The app shares data only with third parties that protect it to the standard required by Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines. For details, see:

If you purchase Pro (a one-time purchase), no ads are shown at all.

In-app purchases

Purchases and restores of Pro are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app never receives your payment details.
Your purchase status is recorded only on your device.

Settings

Playback settings (such as the skip interval and output volume) and the number of save slots you have unlocked by watching ads are stored only on your device and are never transmitted.

Analytics and diagnostics

The app itself does not include any third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK. However, the Google Mobile Ads SDK that the app uses to show banner ads and rewarded video ads may send device information to Google to deliver ads and to diagnose problems: the advertising identifier, an approximate location estimated from the IP address, the device type, records of ads shown and tapped, and crash and performance diagnostics. The data types listed under “App Privacy” on the App Store page are those collected by this SDK. daifuku labs does not receive any of this data.

Data retention, deletion, and your choices

The app and daifuku labs do not receive or retain any of your personal information, so there is no data held by daifuku labs for you to request deletion of.
Imported files, exported files, and settings are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes all of them.
You can change whether the advertising identifier may be used for ads at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
In regions where an ad consent screen is shown, you can change your choices at any time from “Privacy Settings” in the app’s Information screen (this item appears only in regions where the consent screen is required, and not after you purchase Pro).
